I have dabbled in decorating for years and Wilton has been my go to in tips. They are consistent and sturdy. My daughter now decorates elaborate cakes as a sideline job and she too prefers Wilton decorating products.

Received product is what I was expecting, Wilton tip #18. Hope the seller works with Amazon to not ship piping tips in one of those Amazon brown envelopes - mine arrived with the tip almost tearing out of the envelope (the open star tip side) and sightly squished (the back round side). I was able to reshape the tip since the decorating part 2 damaged, but looks like the tip could’ve been lost during shipment.

Exactly what I needed.

I purchased this two times with the intent that it was a plastic screw on piping tip as seen in the photo. What I received twice was a metal piping tip. I needed the plastic tip for piping decorative silicone as it is easier to clean than the metal tip. The description is just as confusing because it says it is both a "screw on tip" and a "metal nickel tip".If I wanted a metal piping tip, I would have bought it elsewhere for $2, I cant find the plastic tip ANYWHERE ELSE.

It’s as described by the seller and does the job. I used it for my husband’s birthday cake and it was the first time I decorated one. At first I was a bit worried it would make very small sized decorations but it is a proper (normal) size.I wouldn’t keep it loose somewhere as it seems like it could get damaged. I bought more sizes with a little box to keep them together.
