Good replacement for old Bell & BT headphones
Helmet fits pretty well, adjusts easy and secure. The pads inside are removable for washing. The built-in headphones/speakers aren't that great but the audio quality matches the helmet price well enough. I really like that the bluetooth feature doesn't need an app or remote taking up space on my handlebars. The helmet also tells me that I have an incoming phone call before it shows on my screen which is nice.29 July 22: After almost 8 months the pads have started separating at the seems. I've washed them, at least, monthly in a delicates bag. There don't seem to be any brand/model specific replacements available anywhere so know I'm rolling the dice with pads from another vendor. Helmet still works well though.

Bluetooth works well
I bought a different Bluetooth helmet at first (a Coros) which I had to return because the speaker was not loud enough and it only worked with a remote. Who wants deal with a remote?Anyway this helmet self contained and is loud enough for me to hear the turn by turn google maps directions. The on/off/answer/disconnect single button and volume controls are in the front bottom lip of the hemet which is easily accessible.You are not going to get high fidelity listening to music but for directions and phone calls it works fine.

One speaker doesn't work
Looks great. Fits well. Only one speaker works straight out of the box.

Would buy again
Works as expected. Approximately 7 hours of usag before deciding to charge a second time (not sure how much charge was left, but estimating 25%to 40%. Stays connected as long as I am streaming and am able to hear music well and still hear traffic and biking app notifications. Had one brief call - but not really sufficient to test microphone (person heard me but didn't want to talk while I was huffing and puffing).

Excellent Saftey and interface to the Livall intercom works even without cell signal.
Interface with iphone is excellent. Intreface with the LIVALL Helmet Remote Controller is excellent. Saftey is outstanding with automatic SOS.

Definitely recommend!!!
I wanted a bike helmet with Bluetooth connectivity so I am able to answer calls and listen to music while I ride. I absolutely love this product! Definitely recommend.
