Is the top cap of the bottle removable, so that I could use it to refill another atomizer bottle?

On the 100ml one, I don't think so, but almost anything is removable once. The 170ml sized bottles have both caps and spray tops that are removable.

Doesn't Last

The jasmine scent isn't strong. Yes it's mixed with other chemicals. If jasmine wasn't added, it would smell like the chemicals. The scent evaporates very quickly, which means it doesn't last for hours. Yes it's cheap and I guess it's what I get for the price.
