well worth the money
works as expected good quality well made.

Quite disappointed.
I learned the hard way that wetting and scraping popcorn FIRST is easier.This is best used as a finisher, removing the residual material AFTER scraping the popcorn.I wish I had known this or there were some instructions on how to best use it rather than trial and error.

Perfect for small drywall repairs. Compact enough for detail work but can handle larger areas when needed. Dust port fits my shop vac perfectly.

Amazing for the money
The extraction feature didn't impress me, as dust makes its way through the connections, but i hooked the hose up to a vacuum with a good fine dust filter. For $100 I won't complain, it made my life a whole lot easier and paid for itself in a single use vs hiring a pro. Hook it up to a vacuum with a good filter and you'll be happy with this tool!!Just be sure to keep the head level with the ceiling if you're doing overhead work. Once it pivots dust will smoke out the room. Just carefully take it down and lay it on the floor, then vacuum the head out. A typical pro brand version of this costs 5-6x as much and needs proprietary batteries. Amazing value here

Scammed at the best
I asked for a new one and was sent a used one that wasn't even clean to look like a new one. Didn't get a chance to use it

Ehhh
Mine has zero bands other than the one on it that is just hanging there. The pieces are put together even though the booklet doesn't show it. It seems flimsy. Some of the pieces that hold mountings are the yellow plastic my kids toys were made of. 🤷♀️
