Q: What is the size for the rivets for the pivot plate? Where do we find this size?

You won't find this. It isn't relevant. The 55-1 uses a lag screw as the pivot point (drill out center of pivot plate), and the 55-2 has the pivot plate on it.

I have the pull down ladder mounted to the side board and this worked perfect

Q: Can someone please list the lengths of the various arms/sections in inches or cm? It’s the only way many people (like me) can verify compatibility.

Starting with the short arm that attaches to the spring, the distances between pivot points are: 9", 6.75", 16.25", and 12.75". I suggest greasing the pivot points of this hinge, as the lag bolt that fastens the hinge to the attic opening frame began to back out with opening and closing before I greased it.

Q: Will this work with Werner model WH2208?

I would measure the three parts of the hinge to make sure that the length is not too short. If the ladder is older than 2006, might fit. I had google the hinge model number to see if it would work on mines.
