Great quality support at awesome price
As with most of my Bear Grip accessories I've had these for a few years now and they're still as comfortable and supportive as the day I got them. I stopped using them for a while as I was mainly using them for squatting and I felt I wasn't really squatting heavy or often enough to justify knee sleeves. More fool me. I started using them again recently and the support has massively improved my squatting technique. The support helps keep my knees in line preventing them from caving inwards, which is a common squatting error which in turn provides more power coming up. It's honestly made such a huge difference I feel I'd be much further ahead if I hadn't stopped using them. They're now a permanent addition to my gym bag and I use them in any squatting or lower body pushing movement, lunges, leg press, hack squat etc.I have the medium size and they're tight but comfortable. My only suggestion is that if you train calves AFTER you've trained quads/hamstrings you might want to take them off first as getting them off over pumped calves can be a bit hard. :pThey haven't lost any of the support over the years and even with some hand washing and occasional machine washing even the logo has barely faded.Recommended for everything from basic knee support for day to day activities or when you need to give your lift that extra stability to break through a plateau. As good as any you'll find for twice the price and in many cases better.

Value for money Knee Sleeves
I am only reviewing this after 2 weeks of use. As a background, I have been weight-training for 10 years and in the recent years have been paying for my crimes in the form of tendinitis, loose joints, and aches. I have used both SBD and Rehband, the only other two renowned brands. Both are supremely overpriced, and rather than saying Bear Grip is cheap, I think they are reasonably priced in light of the highway robbery committed by other companies, some of whom only include a single piece instead of a pair. But that's that. The bear grips keep my joints warm and well supported. They are easier to put on compared to SBD, which are slightly longer and slightly tighter for the same size. I believe for most who are not into the competitive sport of powerlifting, these would serve the need for support during squats and other variations of leg exercises. I feel better during training and more recovered after, using sleeves in general, bear grip or otherwise. In the right size, they do not slip, and I think they are a winner in my book in view of the pricing. They do need to be washed regularly unless you wish to save money on smelling salts. The stench will either psyche you up or knock you out. If you need to sock and kidnap someone, these would be excellent to have around unwashed.4 and a half stars out of 5. They look durable but time will tell. I hope the company introduces their elbow sleeves soon.

Supportive and warm knee sleeves
I was having a few niggles on certain exercises regarding my knees. I work in an office and like to run, so sometimes as a result when I'm weight training, my knees can be a little stiff and take a while to warm up. This was causing some discomfort, so I bit the bullet and decided to try some sleeves. I purchased the bear grips brand as I already used their wrist straps which I have found very good, so thought I try their sleeves. So far, no discomfort, they keep your knees incredibly warm, they are tight, I ordered the extra small and probably could do with a small, but that's not a biggy. I definitely improved on certain lifts, plus the fact it kept my knees warmer when I took them off, I didn't feel they seized up as quickly after. If your having any knee issues, certainly worth a try.

Why didn't I buy these before
Don't normally leave reviews but am so impressed with these felt I had too.Been training the last few months and have been suffering with knee pain when I squat and hack squat. Decided to give these a try.Absolute game changer for me. Knees just feel super strong when wearing them and no knee pain when lifting. Should of bought them ages ago.Size guide was spot on and they seem great quality.Nice touch they come in a bag too. Will probably give their elbow sleeves a try now based on how good the knee sleeves are.Very happy I purchased these and won't squat without them from now on.

Pleasantly surprised
The old knees have been giving me some jip recently, so I thought they could do with a bit support in their old age.I didn't want anything too heavy duty as the days of heavy squatting have long since gone, so I opted for these. These give my knee just enough support when squatting, without doing the exercise for you and they also keep the joint nice and warm. If your not going too heavy (120 kg ish) then these will be fine. If you're a power lifter, lifting big numbers, then I would recommend something a little more heavy duty. So, overall a good pair of knee supports and cheaper than other supports that I've seen on Amazon, that look pretty much the same.

Brilliant! I'll never do leg day without them again
Love these knee sleeves. My knees are starting to really suffer after years of bodybuilding, but my Bear Grips have really helped. They're not uncomfortable, but snug enough to really improve stability and give support. They keep your knees warm through your workout, thereby reducing discomfort and risk of injury. Not easy to put on initially, but I don't know how you'd avoid that as they need to be tight. I highly recommend adding them to your leg day kit bag!
