Don't expect "just like a PB & J sandwich." These are a snack bar. They do taste a bit like it but neither the PB or the J is as strong a taste as if you made a sandwich. That said, I have not been without these in my house since I discovered them at a smoothie bar a couple years ago. This is the perfect hold-me-over. They are dense and I eat them in relatively small bites. Because of that, one will last about 1/2 of my daughters soccer games and I fee more "full" after than had I actually eaten a PB&J sandwich. If I had to skip dinner for some reason I'm sure if I had one of these I wouldn't be "starving" later. Either flavor is good, strawberry is probably the stronger taste and the other has the taste I like more so it's literally a toss up which I will grab (I mix them in a container so I get a variety). I have had many and assorted types of snack bars and always keep some in the car, for easily over a year these are my first choice. They are good enough I will try some of the other Betty Lou's offerings.

This is a wonderful product that has been a life saver for my gluten free , vegan daughter (due to medical reasons) . I have bought this product 4 times. The first time it was $17.00 and each time I repurchase the price has gone up. The last box was $25.00 . That sure is disappointing.

I think these are dangerously good. I have tried a few different flavors and the peanut butter & strawberry is by far my favorite. My bike shop sold these individually and the PB&J was one of the last flavors I tried. Instantly came here and got a whole box. 36g of carbs and 220 calories per bar, I eat them on the bike and as a snack.

The flavor is on point with a PBJ sandwich. They are really great pre-ride/ run meals. Do a good job of satiating but also delivering energy. They pack well and do not seem like they will melt, but hot summer is coming and in a Jersey pocket a l lot can happen. I’ll revise the review of they don’t hold up but I suspect they will.

These don’t tase very good.

Perfect for an on the go quick snack to avoid the drive thru. They are really dry but if you have a juice box or milk nearby you’re go to go.

PB&J for the whole family! Everyone in my home loves these, they are so easy to bring along when we go on our walks or the beach or shopping trips. My little one calls it a cookie and my husband snacks on it all the time. It tastes like a real PBJ although I wish it had a bit more jelly in it. It's like making a PBJ sandwich then cutting off the crust except imagine the bread being a little thicker than normal (almost like a cookie).
