It doesnt change the flavor of food, water, milk or meds (which my grandmother wishes it would do with the liquid medicine i have to put it in.)There is a scoop in each can you buy. It also works in coffee or hot chocolate. Just remember heat everything up 1st before you add it. Others dont stand up to this.
