Pathetic & non-existent post purchase support I had purchased this Faber Water Heater on 20 Oct 2020 for my 79 yrs. old Mother's bathroom. Two years later, just after the warranty expired, it stopped working. Contacted 1800 Customer Centre Number on 10th October 2022. Tech person came and said it needs a part has stopped working and replacement. I gave the go ahead for paid repair & cost to be paid by me, I was made to run around for Service. After 30 days finally the Service Centre mentioned that the required part receipt is delayed as it is still not been received from Pune which is 120 kms from Mumbai where I stay. Multiple calls and follow-ups all I received was rude replies to wait. Finally, on 30th Nov 2022 after patiently waiting for a paid repair service, I called the Service Centre and asked them to either finish repairs within the next two days or cancel my requested repair service because due to onset of winter, nonworking Heater was a big inconvenience to my 79 yrs. old mother. Finally, today I purchased a Crompton Water Heater. Moral of the story. I would never ever buy any Faber Product due to the manufacturer's pathetic service and rude Customer Care people.

Working fine after almost more than six months. Value for money..! Go for it.

Quick heating.We got the product lately but the installation was nice. It’s working fine so far , the atmosphere suddenly got colder and we got the water warmer in our kitchen what we installed it for, let us see it’s Woking for later this year in the winters

I have purchased this product in 2021. Pros: The product is compact comes with good quality wire with plug. installation was quick. Used it sparsely for 4 years, it showed no issues as kitchen gesyer. The speed of heating is medium. Service availability is good. Cons: After 4 years of usage suddenly on switching it on MCB started tripping. Serviceman checked the geyser and told that it started leaking and the water reached electrical components and causing electrical short. Serviceman tried to fix the leakage but couldn't repair it, they took it to the workshop but still unable to repair, later I was informed that the assembly need be replaced and that will cost almost equivalent to new geyser. They told it doesn't get covered in tank warranty so I will have pay. I would say that geyser doesn't work for such a small amount of time.

The product is superb. The installation was quick and the after service is good, efficient and hassle free.

They send an august 2021 product in december 2025. And cannot return. When I ask the seller the same question for replacement, his answer is not a reply to my question but a unrelated statement. He is giving me Faber customer care number to solve the issue.
