Great Pan
It is well-made, non-stick, and it holds a lot of food and cooks evenly. The color is nice to match any kitchen. It is easy to use and cleans easily too. One thing is DO NOT put it in a dishwasher... the outerwear will come off, destroying the pan.

Awesome frying pan!
Love this pan so much! Nonstick. SO easy to clean. Doesn’t have a painted bottom, so paint isn’t getting into your food. Two issues … It IS heavy. Would be helpful to have a handle on both sides to make it easier to fit off stove. The handle on the lid gets hot, so you’ll need a potholder to protect your hand from heat.

Love this pan - perfect 🥰
I love this skillet. 98% on point from me * it doesn't burn food, but can get things crispy if that's what you want - like with fried potatoes. * no need for lots of butter or oil to keep the food able to slide along without getting stuck to the bottom - nothing sticks 😀 * cleanup is a breeze - so far, nothing has stuck to any part of the pan - not potatoes, not eggs, not cheese, not grilled buns or bread... so nice and easy cleaning - I haven't had to use much pressure to clean it * easy transference from stove to oven to plate * height of sides is such that you can't flip items (it's sides are too vertical instead of lower horizontal) you have to use a spatula or other turning device, but it makes up for that one issue in that it cooks so evenly across the skillet **** the only issue really, thst needs addressed is that the lid has a handle that is just metal... I'm sure it because thst allows the pan to go in the oven at higher temperatures with the lid on it, but it would be nice not to burn.myself from hitting a piece of my hand on that handle and it coming away like I'd been branded from it.... a coating for the lid's handle would be nice... but it's easy enough to deal.with.. So overall, this is an excellent buy. I love it. 98%. Only taking off points for the lid getting too hot and the skillet's handle getting too hot too.... everything else is awesome. The height of the sides is more than I expected, but it's such a small thing to deal with its negligible... So far it's very durable, easy to use, pretty... oh, it's just a little heavy for the skillet handle. It's a little hard to keep it even in the air. Trying to turn it one-handed is even harder, but again, those things can be worked around because everything else is do good. But in future, if it could be balanced better, it'd be appreciated. Just the right size for family cooking, or single use if you want some leftovers.

Love, love, love this pan!
We had to wait a few months to get this frying pan but was it worth it! We use it every day. It’s not only beautiful but sturdy, nothing sticks & cleans up like a charm. Worth every penny!

Good non stick. But not flat.
I took it out of the box and added some water. As you can see in the image, it's not flat. There's a small inverse bowling. I removed 1 star for that. But also as you can see in the image, it's a bit water-phobic, which bodes well for non-sticking. We'll see how long that lasts. My first use was bacon followed by eggs. It performed perfectly. Cooked well and no sticking at all. Clean up was super easy. It looks great and seems to be of good quality. It's light, which can be good, but makes me worry a bit about durability. The handle didn't get hot -- unless I got too close to the pan. That is, even the "sleeve" portion of the handle was too hot to touch nearer the pan. Not a problem but something to be aware of because it LOOKS like it wouldn't be hot there. I won't be touching it with metal and I'll only be hand washing it.

Works well, great pan
Not a fan of the hammered look but wanted to stick with this brand. Works very well- been focusing on sous vide the last couple of years but just did a steak stove top in this pan (shrimp as well) and it came out restaurant quality. Let cool while I ate and cleaned up then washed this pan and it was insanely easy to clean. Great pan! Also just a note- I stuck with this brand because I reached out to customer service recently for warranty purposes and their service and resolution were both outstanding.

Best cookware for the price!
Absolutely the perfect size for stir fry, sauces and even soup. I love that it has the weighted and grooved bottom which doesn't slide around on my electric stove coils. Have used Gotham Steel cookware for many years and their statement of being non stick and scratch free is totally true.

We wanted to love this
Needed a new big pan so got this beautiful hammered copper Gotham. Both my husband and I cook a lot. And the intention was that this was going to be our new favorite pan that we would use all the time. We always hand wash our big nonstick pans. Our last big nonstick pan was from Williams Sonoma and it lasted for 4 years before the nonstick coating started getting nonstick. Because we wanted to give this new nice-looking pan extra care and a long life of no scratches, instead of stacking it with other pots and pans in the cabinet by the stove, we hung it in the pantry away from anything, by itself, in order that nothing could bang or scratch it. And we noted that you shouldn’t over heat it or use nonstick spray on it. We’ve only been using it for 4 weeks. And here’s why we may have to find a new pan soon: A. Food is sticking to the non-stick coating already in many areas. Eggs stick on it. I don’t have a picture of the spinach or potatoes sticking to it. So now we have to remember to use cooking oils and of this defeats the purpose of why we bought a nonstick pan. We use wooden and plastic cooking utensils so we haven’t scratched the nonstick coating. B. It got nicked. Despite storing it separately from other pots and pans. C. It’s so wide that it’s wider than our burners. Not a problem for most cooking if we want to use the areas close to the edges for keeping batches of food cooler. But when cooking lots of eggs at a time, the outer edges are not cooking like the center of the pan. For eggs we want even heating. So best not to use this big pan for it. So now we miss our old big pan and may get that again to replace this. D. Lastly, the worst issue. The bottom of the pan is depositing silver streaks on to our black glass stovetop. Even just gently sliding the pan off the burner to a cooler spot on the stovetop caused the wide long streak shown in the photo. So three things—one—the bottom of the pan is scraping metal off on to the glass top. two, it’s hard to remove. I tried removing the scuffs with a vinegar and baking soda soak and scrub twice didn’t work. Then a comet powder scrub twice. Still some scuffs left. And finally three—the bottom of the pan is losing layers of metal, depositing it on to the stove. We will have to remember to not slide the pan on the stove and to lift it when moving it around. We’ve never had these issues from our other expensive AND cheaper pans before. Not sure if we got a dud pan from Gotham. But we’ve had many nonstick pans that lasted longer than this one.
