These are 12Volt replacement batteries.

Q: Will not fully charge in my recommended DCB100 charger. only charges to 2/3. is there another charger that will work?

Try another battery, that one may have a defect. The ones I have bought work beautifully. Jim

I don't see a reason why it wouldn't, this awesome battery fits all my 12v dewalt tools and I have many. I'm so glad I bought this battery, it adds more power to my tools plus it lasts at least three times longer than 2 amp batteries, it's nice not having to switch batteries so often as 12 volt batteries are small and don't have the sustainability of this battery AND the price makes it a no brainer. Good luck, and you get that with this great battery.
