Purchased for a once a week farmers market food venue. You will need to provide a gas regulator and the fittings required to connect to propane($!). The instructions are the most hilarious chinese to english translation I've ever seen and are of no help at all. The igniters don't work and the temperature adjustment does nothing, it just gets real hot. The build is ok but the lack of connections are a thumbs down.

The product was perfect for what I needed. It's lightweight and easy to handle. It was damaged due to shipping, but the seller resolved the matter quickly.

It's light weight and does the job well. I can now deep fry french fries and chicken separate.

It has a dent in the front right out of the box. I am just disappointed. Have not tried this deep fryer yet. I will try it then I will decide what to do. The unit seems kind of flimsy but I will see how it works before I judge it. Now that I have used it. Not enough heat to use both sides.
