De BuyerChoc Xtreme Saute Pan, 24 cm, Black

A good pan, thick aluminium which heats up quickly and does a great job of spreading it around. The shape is really versatile and it sits on the hob as the family all rounder. It has to sit on the hob because the only fault so far is that the handle is so fat at the end, that my ceiling rack hooks can't go through it ! How daft !!Will the non-stick stand stand the test of time? I don't know, but it is beautifully and solidly made and leaves several other major brands looking very sad by comparison. Worth a look if you are in the market for anodised aluminium with induction capability.

Non-stick coating appears good, and easy to clean. Does not scorch on medium heat. I would give it 5 stars were it not for the slight imbalance caused by the main handle. Remember to use wooden or silicone utensils. I prefer this French-made pan over cheaper Chinese pans.

Por ahora muy contenta. Se calienta bien, no se pega, es una sartén de calidad. Eso si, pesa. Falta comprobrar la durabilidad, el tiempo lo dirá.

Au top!Tres pratique, je l’utilise quotidiennement .N’attache pas , facile à nettoyer (j’évite le lave vaisselle par contre), qualitatif et beau.

Une marque qui produit du matériel de qualité.Utilisation très régulière et pas de défaut.Cuisiner est un plaisir avec ce type de de sauteuse antiadhésive.
