A very innovated and well made product. I think it will work well for my home.

The release lock scrapes the outlet if you don’t hold the release the entire time it’s raising. The locking tab also hits the USB holes, so if you don’t hold the release, it won’t raise our lower. The gasket around the outlet was already dislodged, pinched and damaged, not adhered to the case. General build quality is worse than a name brand alternative. Unusable.

Fast delivery, product looks nice, I installed in RV, when it is cold out it does not pop up on its own. You have to pry it up slowly with your finger. Even when it's kind of warm out it has a very slow rise by itself. Usually have to kind of pull it up a little bit with your hand. That is how the one I got is maybe others rise up faster I don't know. Not sure if there is a place to wire up in a chain or series to another Outlet so this one may have to be at the end of a chain

Purchased two (2) of these for use as new granite kitchen counter outlets. Installed them in March of 2020. One USB port has now failed to connect any longer. It started acting up months ago. Have tried wiggling also tried examining it using a flashlight and a tiny screwdriver. Found no visual indications that anything is bent or loose.

We installed and used for about a week. It’s past the return window. The USB ports are dead already. It’s junk. Sigh

Se ven muy bien, sin embargo tienen un error en el diseño, los tuvimos que desarmar y armar de nuevo varias veces para que abriera bien y no se atorara. Al instalarlo te debes fijar muy bien que quede centrado al milímetro, de lo contrario se atorará. La ceja con la que abre se atora en donde está la ranura del contacto, así que debes esperar a que abra completamente. Una vez instalado correctamente se ve muy bien. En general es un producto resistente y duradero. A pesar de que fue complicada la instalación, debo decir que es un buen producto, no he encontrado uno mejor, así que seguro lo vuelvo a comprar. 👍
