Awesome stuff!!
TLDR: Great product! Read the directions and it should work, some Nairs like smell and sensitivity and slight burning after use. I used this after seeing it on TikTok, and noticing that Jolen wasn’t as effective as it had been for me. I used it on my upper lip, for disclosure, I’m a 34 year old south Asian woman, so we tend to be blessed with hair. I read the directions, dampened my ankle, applied a thin ish layer to my ankle, after 5 minutes, I removed with dampened with lukewarm water toilet paper and felt my skin was fine (no redness, irritation ), and then repeated the steps to my upper lip, after the first 5 minutes, I felt that hair wasn’t removing that well, so I left the cream on for another 2.5 minutes( directions say max time to leave on is 8 minutes), and most of the hair removed. I still had some stubborn hair so I applied another application for a 5 minute period (this is where I went rogue, and is probably why my upper lip is sensitive, as the directions clearly advise to wait 48 hours before repeating an application). This 2nd rogue application completely removed the hair and I’m really happy with the outcome. Go rogue as you see fit and based on how your sensitive your skin is, what worked for me, may be too aggressive for you. Pros: cheap, works if you take the time to read the directions and follow them. You really don’t need much for an upper lip area. Cons: there is some (but tolerable) burning the day after, but I used the soothing cream that comes in the package and also applied Vaseline, and I anticipate the burning to go away in the next day. Also there’s a very “Nairs” type smell to the product, but it’s tolerable. I’m interested to see how long before I feel I need to use the product again… good luck!

Stubble-free at last
Tried Nair on whiskery post-menopausal chin hair and patch on neck. Nada. Didn’t do a thing. GiGi totally obliterated the coarse hairs first try (left on max 8 min). Completely smooth, zero irritation or redness! I applied the soothing cream anyway, since it promises to slow growth. But the depilatory is a godsend! I’ve tried dermaplaning, professional waxing (which turned a couple of hairs on my neck into a quarter-size patch of coarse hairs when it grew back) and threading. GiGi is the only method that left zero stubble.

Not so great at removing hair but awesome for removing skin...
I have never in my life felt compelled to write a review of a product... Until now. I should have gone with my gut when my brand new product came to my home and the inside of the lid was covered with dry, crusted, old looking product. Red flag... But I didn't. I still decided to use it. So maybe I deserved what happened next: The bad: It doesn't actually remove hair. Yeah, I know. The only thing that it is actually supposed to do and it fails. Miserably. What it does instead? It removes your damn skin! We're talking to the point where my skin was actually bleeding. I've never seen anything like it. And the skin that remains? It burns the $#!+ out of it! I look glorious, let me assure you. Bleeding, red faced, and STILL those few stubborn hairs remain. The calming cream to put on after applying this face searing concoction? A joke. Nothing short of a prescription will likely calm my face. So, needless to say, I cannot recommend this product for facial hair removal. The good: I suppose this product does have its uses. Like maybe you want/need a SERIOUS chemical peel. Why bother seeing a doctor for this sort of a treatment (hell, maybe you don't have insurance, are lacking in the cash department, whatever, I won't judge) when - for under $10 - you can remove all of those unwanted skin cells from the comfort of your own home? Or maybe you are on the run from the police and just want to remove your entire face? Well, stop right there because *this* is your product. But, really, I think that these are the only legitimate uses for this product. I think that, for now, I shall stick with the tweezers...

Best results of anything I've ever tried
Best product I've tried. I'd give it 5 stats but it did leave a few stubborn hairs behind. I've been tweeting for decades so u think I just have a few hairs that have become very thick. That said, I've tried just about everything out there and this is the best product yet. It works better than anything else I've tried. I also have extremely sensitive skin so I am delighted that this didn't give me any rash. It has a faint odor similar to Nair but much less pungent. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is struggling with unwanted hair. My only regret is i didn't use it sooner.

LISTEN TO THE BAD REVIEWS. NOT FOR COARSE HAIR.
If this is a sensitive formula I'm scared to know what the regular formula is like. It does work on peach fuzz, but coarse hair is a no for me. I used it on my chin hair/ neck and it did remove the peach fuzz that's hard for me to remove when I pluck, but the main coarse hairs stood behind. What's worse is they became even more sensitive and started burning at the root even after washing off the product. Still burns at the root some 20 minutes+ later. By the way it feels, I know that if I was to rub my face my face would break out in hives like many of other women's pictures here. If you only want to remove peach fuzz get it. FOLLOW the directions and don't rub it off hard. Try to be gentle and wash off quickly with a gentle soap. 5 minutes should definitely be enough. I didn't use the after cream because I was scared it would break out my skin so I just used a very thick layer of shea butter. My skin is red and sensitive/ a bit inflamed enough. If you still want to try and have coarse hair, I would recommend plucking them bad boys first the day before and then going in with the cream to remove fuzz the next day. Smell is not that bad people can be dramatic I've smelled worse in hair removal creams. They tried to give it a cucumber smell. Ladies you will always be beautiful, chin hairs and all. Don't hurt yourself using this product. It's not worth it. If you choose to use it please use with caution. Much love.

Reasonably priced and works so much better then the Olay version. I have very sensitive skin and have been struggling with dark hair on my neck, along my jar and side burns and Gigi hair removal cream gave me the smooth beautiful skin I have been fighting for in just minutes! I think I'm in love, it's That good!

Received item on time but box was not sealed and slightly damaged. Once I removed cream from box it was obvious that it was not full and had been used before. When I then removed the cap from the tube there was no seal but only dried up cream !
