I’ve been using these for a few weeks now and decided to review once I had some actual data to go off, rather than just “how I felt on day one”. I track my mood and energy daily using a logging app, and since starting these I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in both my overall mood score has increased and my energy levels feel more consistent rather than dipping mid-day. The capsules are easy to take, no aftertaste, and I’ve had no digestive issues which I’m quite sensitive to with supplements. Obviously this isn’t a miracle product and results will vary, but for anyone interested in longevity focused supplements or calorie restriction mimicking products, this has been a positive addition to my routine. I’ll continue using them and update my review if anything changes over time.

I've completed the course of the product, I appreciate it's probably not long enough to have any effect but then the manufacturer has chosen to participate in the Vine program so I can only share my experience after a months' use. I don't feel any different, I can't see any improvements. Nothing negative either, but I can say at almost £30 a bottle, which represents a months' supply as you need to take two a day, I won't be buying it again to see if I do get any positive results. Also I find it odd that a product aimed at older people comes with a bottle which has tiny faint writing on it, I really struggled to read it!

One month of quality tablets, that are helping to fight inflammation and pain, for the price of £26.99 (at the time of writing this review) is a good price for the quality. The tablets are easy to swallow and do not have any unpleasant aftertaste. As for the element of these tablets. Quercetin scavenges particles in the body, known as free radicals, which damage cell membranes, tamper with DNA, and even cause cell death. Curcumin, an active ingredient of turmeric, helps with inflammation in the body. BioPerine is simply the name of a specific brand of black pepper extract and has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that can help fight disease and infection, and boost nutrient absorption. Trans-Resveratrol may be helpful for hay fever and weight loss. Resveratrol might have many effects on the body, including expanding blood vessels and reducing blood clotting. It may also decrease pain and swelling, reduce levels of sugar in the blood, and help the body fight against diseases.

This supplement has a combination of Plant based nutrients including Trans Resveratrol, Curcumin, Quercetin, and BioPerine. These have been specifically formulated to increE Sirtuin activity which is supposed to have longevity benefits. I appreciate the thought out in formulating the supplement and whilst I think you would have to take it over a longer period of time to start seeing benefits, you can see that it is very high quality, providing really great quality nutrients to support the body. I have also tried other supplements from this brand and they have been really good and this is a brand I trust.

I like to take a variety of vitamins and supplements as they have definitely helped me with my overall health and wellbeing.. I like this brand is a very high quality product..... If You look through the various health benefits of this product ask derived from nature is definitely worth a try.... At least you know your getting the best product.. My advice is to try a tub and see how you get on....

At 47p/capsule and two capsules in a dosage, this supplement is a somewhat pricey option among many on the market that are supposed to help with aging. A two capsule dosage contains 200mg of resveratrol, 200mg of Curcumin, 400mg of Quercetin, and 20mg of Bioperine- which makes it a very good and complete supplement! Typically I would take 500mg resveratrol, curcumin and quercetin, so to meet my normal dosage I'd need to take four capsules. Together, these nutrients are being studied for longevity and healthspan as there is some evidence they may increase the number of healthy years of life. At 32 this is not something I really need to rush to worry about, but I do like to prepare. However this is much more relevant for my parents who are twice my age. My parent's do take twice the amount I take and at that point we believe it's better to get the nutrients separately to save on the cost. Overall this does seem like a good supplement as the dosage is decent. If you are interested in longevity or getting on in life this is a good combination of nutrients to research and take.
