WARNING...made like garbage
I bought 2 of these for my husband. He loved it until...it opened up and poured all over our den! This is a garbage product and unless you want sand-like pellets pouring all over your room, don't buy this junk!! PS...if I could have given it a minus rating, I would have...

Great item for stress relief and general grip strength
I love these things. I’m on my third or fourth at this point. I have one at the house and one at work. Years ago, I started out with a lighter weight, but moved up the the 2lb. They will wear out, after what I consider to be a reasonable amount of use, but that is as expected and, as long as it is not “accidentally” punctured by your younger brother, should give you your monies worth.

Big Gripp Balls
These fantastic Gripp balls enable folks to work-out and strengthen hands and forearms. These balls work well for rehabilitation and strengthening. But they are big, so those with mid to small hands should try the 1 LB version. While Gripp-ing, just to lighten the mood, you may find it fun to hum to classics on ACDC's Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap . Squeezing these balls reminds me of milking our old ranch's big milch-cow. The barn cats lined up, meowing in anticipation for a shot of warm milk onto their whiskery faces. Highly recommended, you can't go wrong with Gripp balls.

it popped after about 120 days of use. Had hopped that for the price it would last longer than that. Although, the moment it actually popped was like one of those slow-mo pimple video with a fantastically satisfying, and loud, POP. So, this might be just the thing you're looking for to satisfy your craving to burst giant puss filled cysts... just without the blood and smell.

Great idea, Poor Quality/durability
I purchased the "All Pro Gripp Hand Strengthener" hoping to have more of challenge compared to the Valeo 1lb hand strength ball. The All Pro Gripp did challenge my grip. However, not even within a week of use the outer black layer started to rip exposes the inner yellow layer. I expect the inner yellow layer to rip soon and expose the inside of the ball. Great idea, needs a more durable outer layer similar to the Valeo Strength Ball. For the price, I would look for a substitute.

Not good quality if you plan to use it often
After using it about 25 times, it got two areas that turned yellow and flaked off, then one side broken open and the seeds, and metal balls all fell out. Would not recommend not good quality

Expensive, but worth it
I bought this to replace the one that finally wore thin. I like that the ball weighs 2# and you can feel some heft to it. I have been using this brand for several years now. They are a bit expensive and only last a couple of years. But I keep one in the truck and am happy with it.

Good company, this one's not for me
This ball is well made, but it is big. I have tennis elbow that comes and goes. I bout the smaller ball and it was good, but it wore out fairly quickly. I thought this ball would be sturdier, and it was, but I didn't realize how big it would be. Partly my fault for not researching it more.
