Roger digs it
Had this under my tank for my snake, Roger. He seems to love it. Gives just the right amount of heat and never had to worry about it being on all the time.

Works well, some flaws.
Let's start with the things I don't like about this product:- it doesn't come with adhesive. I used packing tape to adhere the heater to the bottom of my snake enclosure. Works well enough.- if you turn it up too high too fast, it WILL crack glass. Make sure you turn the heat up slowly to prevent overheating! Now the things I love about this product:- product heats up and cools down very fast! I was honestly surprised at how quickly it cooled down.- the dial for temperature is awesome, as long as you have a temp reader.- with tape, it lays flat against the glass and does not warp over time like most UTH- it is large enough to cover the entire short end of my 18" ' 36" tank, giving my snake plenty of heat without the need of a bulb.Overall, a great product. Worth a shot if normal UTHs aren't working for you.

Perfect
I was kind of nervous to order since there weren’t any picture reviews but I’m glad I did. The mat is perfect and it heats my 29 gallon crabitat. It doesn’t come with anything to attach it so I used some packing tape.

Did you even think this design through?
First of all i assumed this would have some kind of adhesive and/or bend considering the fact it was one of the first results from searching “reptile heat tape” , but i was really annoyed to find out that it has neither. This is barely effective for heating considering you need good contact for the heat to transfer, and not to mention it shows a picture of it buried in the substrate even though the instructions specifically say not to do that. The temp control is very vague, you need another thermometer so i might as well just have one that controls the heat mat (making the control useless). It was almost like they designed this thing to work with many types of cage setups which resulted in it being essentially useless.

Isn't adhesive.
Only heat pad I've ever bought that didn't come with a sticky side to stick to the aquarium. Very flimsy.

Very mid
This is one of those products that you feel like can work, but may not be exactly what you were wanting in the beginning. It feels a little cheap, not a huge fan of the variac dial to control the temp. I'll keep it around for the event that I ever need a spare, but it will not be my go-to heat mat.
