This test was simple to use, and quick to complete. I was afraid of the Lancet, but it worked fine and I didn't even feel it. Docked one star because the results were slightly difficult to read. Test ultimately came back positive, causing me to see a doctor, change my lifestyle, and now, 3 months later, am almost completely asymptomatic.

I read reviews on this before ordering. I found the test to be really simple. Initially the instructions appeared to be extremely long but the steps were really short. It only took about 15 min ( 5min to prep /poke & 10 min to wait on the results). If you think you have Celiac I highly recommend you take the test.

For 1/600 people this test will not work to detect celiac disease. If you have a low or no amount of IGA antibodies in your blood, this test will show up neither postive or negative. No lines will appear.

This test is excellent - you must read instructions and take time to complete the test, you must also make sure you have plenty of blood ready by pressing your thumb to generate blood flow to go into the glass tube - the blood automatically sucks up the glass tube itself - the pricker does not hurt at all so press it firmly down on thumb - I did because its not a cheap test and I wanted to make sure I followed it correctly - excellent test - I dont have celiac disease, the result was very clear!

I'm pretty sure I have gluten intolerance, from the symptoms I have. I tested myself with this product and came back negative for celiac disease - which doesn't negate me having gluten intolerance, though. Worked quickly and effectively.

This product from Canada provided me with the second opinion that I needed to prove that I did not have celiac disease although I have many of the symptoms (most likely caused by another severe gastrointestinal illness).

As stated by others the kit is not very user friendly and it gave me a false negative. Worth a try for someone who really just can't get a doctor to work with them I suppose.
