Light and easy to hang
Bought this for my son’s 9th birthday and it was great. I ironed the folds out and it looked great. We used masking tape to hang it over the dining room entry and it held up all party. The colors were vibrant and added the perfect touch to the party decor!

Quality banner and balloons
Only comes with banner and balloon kit. In other reviews it stated that it comes with plates and napkins, that is untrue. Great price for quality
