I do not know the exact answer however, I am running a RTX 2060 and have 2 x BENQ monitors and a LG 34UM68-P running and it does not break into a sweat I do not play games on it though although I do use CAD and watching 4K films is also very easy I would not get anything costing less than £200 though as you may find it starts to wobble a bit

Works great with macbook pro but when plug in windows 10 dell laptop pages on monitor too big and makes screen images on laptop too small - how fix ?
