Well made product. I have purchased several for our projects and have had no issues. They use standard cartridges so replacement parts are easy to find.

I purchased the 16 inch matte black kit for my newly remodeled shower stall, and I am in LOVE! The oversized rain-shower is amazing for my space, and the handheld is a bonus for rinsing my hair or bathing the dogs. For reference, my shower stall measures 3ft x 5ft. There is very little room outside the downpour of water with this size; but there is enough space for me to breath right outside of it, and the head DOES pivot and swivel to practically any position you need it to (including a side angle). Because we completely gutted the entire shower (including the walls) installation and plumbing assembly was extremely easy. We did have to be very careful cutting out the openings for the handheld housing though - because of its small faceplate there is very little room for error. If the opening isn’t big enough you won’t be able to fully screw the attachment on, but too big and you’ll have gaps in your tile around it. The valve did have a really small leak at first, but we added a bit more tape to the fittings and that solved the problem. We waited 3 days to ensure there were no leaks (and there wasn’t after adding more tape) my best guess is since our pipes are older, we just needed a bit more tape then usual to get a good seal. The handheld mount also has an attached swivel piece as well so you can adjust it up and down to get the proper angle you want. It also allows you to tighten it if you choose to not utilize the swivel aspect of it. NOTE: We DID NOT use the included 12 inch drop pole for the shower head. For some reason.... it doesn’t really bother me though as much as I thought it would. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and very pleased with the entire kit! I loved that it came with EVERYTHING you need to install too (unless you want a different drop pole height for the shower head of course.) And unless you already have your plumbing set up for a shower head and handheld - I don’t really think this would be all that easy for a finished bathroom looking for an accessory upgrade. I do highly recommend this for those who plan to remodel their tile though. It makes the job much easier!

We haven’t completely installed it so I have not used it yet but all the parts and pieces were there seems to be a very good quality. Looking forward to getting it hooked up.

As a professional remodeler, I am always looking for new and affordable shower faucet systems. The quality of these handles, rain head, and mixer system is the best I have seen. You can feel it in your hands…heavy, all metal and brass, no plastic. They produce outstanding flow even with less than ideal water pressure in your house. Very sleek and modern. The packaging is like nothing I have seen. Everything comes in one box, all parts individually wrapped in their own cotton bag, tools, and extra parts should you need them. And the best yet…I have never seen customer care like this company. I had a unique situation with a low ceiling. The 12” arm that was included made the shower head too low. In most 8’ ceilings or higher the arm provided is perfect. This was for a ceiling mount rather than a traditional wall arm/mount. However, after an email or two, they sent links with different size options (4, 6, 8” etc) The only problem was that they were not in my color (black) but were available in oil rubbed bronze, brushed nickel, and brass (all the most common finishes) To my shock, they offered to custom fabricate the exact size I needed in the color I needed. Read that again!!! Of course, I assumed it would cost a fortune but it was extremely reasonable. I even paid a bit more on my own just because I thought it was worth it. 30 years of construction and I have never seen a company willing to stop main production in a factory and customize this part or any part. They have won my business for life! I will install their product in all of my future remodels for customers. I can’t recommend this product enough. Buy it with confidence. You will not regret this purchase.

This is a great shower system. After install I ran into a problem where if I used my sink/toilet/washing machine, I would here a knocking noise inside the shower system. I could not figure it out. I thought water hammer? Pipe vibration? Nope, it has something to do with the pressure balancer inside the shower system. Customer service was great. They were available for online chat to trouble shoot the problem and gave me step by step instructions on how to solve the knocking noise. If anyone else is experiencing this issue reach out to them or type B08KGKKQBX into the Amazon search bar. You will need to purchase these check valves. A cartridge replacement will not solve the problem. You need the two small pieces in the plastic bag shown in the image I attached. Once you remove the cartridge, you can push the two check valves into the two holes inside the shower system (see pictures shown). This will solve any knocking noise. For starters, the product is heavy duty. It is not a light cheap material like you will find at your local hardware store. The look is amazing. I installed it myself. I used pex piping for the pluming. I would advise making sure that you have the connections tight as I found that I didn't and luckily I have an access panel in the back side of the wall that allowed me to get back in there and tighten them up. I am not a contractor and I found it to be pretty easy to install after some planing on how I was going to install it. I do not have the best water pressure and the shower head makes up for that with a nice constant stream of water that comes out. I bought the bathtub and sink models too. I am very pleased. Don't worry about the price, it is worth it. $600 for all of my fixtures, and at first I was having sticker shock. Not anymore. Pay now, or pay later is my motto.
