Excellent!!!
After getting used to how to use the item I’m really impressed with how much information is collected. The App used in conjunction is excellent.Just frightening how much air pollution there is (and how much it decreased during the virus lockdown!).

Disappointing
I've wanted one of these for a while, I feel let down. An extra star for the sleek design, but the battery life is only about half a day, and the app has quite a few flaws. Also, the internal fan seems to have stopped working. I could hear the fan on the first day I got it, but a couple of days later, I no longer can and the readings seem to be about the same now regardless of whether I'm in a building with filtered air or next to a main road in central London. I'll see if Amazon can swap or refund it.

Sleek design but with significant flaws.
I cycle/walk every day so the ability to track my environment would be a huge benefit. On the plus side this a small, compact device with a sleek design and a sturdy rubber strap - ideal for cycling. Unfortunately this unit, and its software, has some significant flaws.Rather than list the negative issues (and reduce an otherwise lengthy review) I thought I would concentrate on the main drawback which is the variability of data. On one occasion I recorded an AQI reading of almost 300 in my house and 2 minutes later it was in single figures. Another time the reading outside my house was high and so I decided to drive to a remote hillside away from civilisation - and cars. I was amazed to see that the reading had gone even higher! On a regular walk there was no consistency and therefore the only conclusion to derive was that everywhere has very high pollution - at some point in time. In other words, it was useless for me.I did attempt to reach out to the supplier (after reading all the FAQ's and AFTER the advised 7 day settling in period) but received no reply.I hate being negative but felt that I had to share my experience, and disappointment. I previously worked with data in my job at a university and therefore I believe Im qualified to asses this tool. Also be aware that if you return the item it has to go to Paris which was quite expensive postage.

A truly wonderful device
This has been an invaluable tool! I live not far from a recycling plant which produces a lot of dust an NO2. I’ve been using flow in conjunction with windy (app) to monitor good days and bad days. This device has given me piece of mind and now I know when is best to close doors and windows to keep my family safe

Highly inaccurate!
I tested this for several weeks but found it to consistently give higher than accurate readings, versus those of government measuring stations and also, interestingly, than my laser egg, whose readings tally very closely with the official data. All this is for London by the way. So it may look good but I couldn’t recommend the device at all from a functionality point of view, which is a shame.
