*** Updated Review *** I've now had these for just over 4 years. I broke the cap on one of the three, but that was totally my fault. Outside of that, these are still working as great as they did when I got them. I still use the small for pre-workout and the large side for post-workout. They still don't spill into one another when mixing or using. Basically, this product is dang near perfect. Literally the only thing I could think of that would make this better is if it had one of those carrying loops attached to it. But that's such a tiny and unnecessary thing. *** Original Review *** The two sides do not spill into one another, I use the small 14oz side for my pre-workout, and the big 22oz for my hydration/post-workout mix. It is very easy to clean, dishwasher safe, and fits in my car's cup holder even though it's so big. I got the 3 pack, but I am buying a second set. I literally use these EVERY time I go to the gym unless they are all dirty (which is why I'm buying the second set, lol).

Great cups. I used them today for gym, and I gotta say these are durable and convenient. I use them for my preworkout and my protein for post workout. I’ve had a lot of cups and these are the best built. Will buy again.

These cups come in handy with not having to carry multiple bottles. Another plus is the larger 22oz side allowing for more water!!! I had two of the smaller versions and have now upgraded to the larger versions with no regrets. These have now replaced all my other shaker cups

I bought my first cup a few years ago and I still use it now. These new cups are bigger than my original Beast cup and I love it. They are great and durable!

I have been using these for several months now, and still absolutely love them. I bought the 3 pack and alternate daily for my CrossFit classes. Pre-workout goes in the smaller side- recovery in the larger. The two sides don’t mix, and the lid doesn’t leak. Easy to clean. My clear bottle is beginning to stain from the post workout powder, but that doesn’t bother me.

This is one of my favorite item I bought. It’s amazing for pre and post workout! Easy for me because I don’t have to get two shaker bottle. My boyfriend loves it for the gym.
