This was the first product we've purchased from Himalayan Goods Company. The teapot (made by Karthik Pottery workshop in Pune) is good looking and feels quite sturdy. The size is adequate for making 3-4 cups of tea at a time. Apart from the product itself, we also had a nice experience from a service standpoint. One of our maids broke the lid while cleaning and we contacted Himalayan for a replacement. They were nice enough to ship us a replacement for a minimal charge + shipping. Would highly recommend!

Nice quality

It is really beautiful and sturdy. Also it can be microwaved, so solves my purpose for serving tea.

I bought this teapot to heat water in the microwave. It gets too hot to touch. Looks nice and holds about 4 mugs of tea. It's dishwasher safe.

I liked the Colour & the Size was what I required. The Packing was good but there were some minor chippings .The Quality & Finish requires improvement

Kettle received broken....inspite of so many reminders article was not picked up and money was not refunded
