Excellent Supplement for Immune and Overall Health

Quality Product
I couldn't tell that this helped me any, but that doesn't mean it's a bad product. It just didn't have any noticeable results.

Actually has HELPED my ulcers heal!
I have non-H. pylori ulcers caused by years of ibuprofen use. Short of surgery, I was told there was nothing that could be done. I read a brief article from the Mayo Clinic a few months ago and took a chance. By George, I've actually experienced real improvement and have been symptom-free for several weeks now. You want zinc PICOLINATE specifically, and of course your results may be quite different from mine, but since it probably won't kill you and it just might help.......

Good product.
Small and easy to swallow. Seemed to cause me headaches. Especially if I took before bed, almost a hangover type feeling in the morning. Possibly need to pair it with a copper supplement.

Puritans Pride Zinc Picolinate 25 Mg
I have read that Zinc Picolinate is the preferred form of zinc to take and the dose should be between 15-30 mg, for an adult, per day. This product meets those guidelines, at a reasonable price.

Must drink water with this!!!
This seems to be working I’m only a few days in so far, I have cystic acne and combination skin so far it has reduced cysts and brought some pimples to a white head... at first it gave me a headache so I realized I need to drink plenty of water with this I take it once a day with a meal and I try to down at least 3 bottles of water through out the day
