I bought this for a Motorola g5 plus. The ad specifically lists this phone as compatible. The device does not even fit in to begin the process. The device is from a London Based company so I have no consumer assistance. Waste of money. If the return process is easy I may attempt a return but I hate the hassle

Port does not fit my Motorola G6 cell phone
I ordered this for my Motorola G6 phone but the port does not fit my phone’s port so it is of no use to me. As a result I cannot rate it!!
