So easy I love that is flat so you can use any kind of extensions and the price is great I really recommend this

TRASH!!! I ordered the first one and it came in and didn’t work at all. They replaced it (it worked once) and I went to use it yesterday and GUESS WHAT?! Doesn’t work. Now it’s too late to return it. I do Keratin Tips about once a month so I don’t use the tool often. I mostly do hand tied extensions. Save your money and don’t purchase this tool!! No way to contact the seller either so that’s excellent;)

The first three times it worked perfectly, but then it started shutting off sometimes and not heating up. Otherwise, it’s comfortable to hold and easy to work with.

I have been using this iron in the past and was really working good . My old gun is working better than the new one, i dont understand, it doesnt Become enough hot to melt correctly!
