This thing is wonderful. I have a great back porch with a window and a door looking out on to the back porch. I craved a screen door. I rent, a screen door installed would be a couple of hundred installed or even more. I looked for other alternatives. The neighbor across the back had one of those hangy down things you walk thru, but here in Texas we have mosquitoes, big ones and summer flies. I came across this and immediately ordered it. It hung around in the box for weeks before my daughter finally put it up. Had to get some small magnetic things to go across the bottom to hold it down there but it is wonderful. My son has two of them, one on each end of his work place and he loves them also. He is the one that put me on to the magnets at the bottom. Thanks guys, really love this.

This review is totally positive!I have a friend who purchased one of theseMagnetic Screen Door, Instant...AntiBugScreen, when I saw how durable this screen is, I had to get one for myself right away. I had only seen the cheaply made screen doors that might last a year, charging the same price...but this one will last forever!Where I put my screen door.I first have to enter the main side door into my apartment hallway. Once I enter... my apartment door is right there in the right, which enters my kirchen.This is where I (easily installed my magnetic screen door.) I mean it's so easy to install it's great! Now I can keep my apartment filled with fresh air in the fall, spring and summer. It's great!!! Having my door wide open without worrying about bugs entering!It's a screen but does give you a little privacy and I like that. The tenants that live on the 2nd floor also use this entrance to get to their apartment, I was a little leary about my privacy...but because this screen door is made so well with a tight net stitch screen...unless your standing right in front of it looking in... its not a problem!Once I installed it, it only took maybe 24 hours to adjust itself, it flaten out giving it a appearance of a screen door that would have cost much more. I am very happy with this product and I think you would be also.It's a very nice door for the money it cost.I would strongly reccomend it to anyone!Have a great spring, summer and fall, I know I will!😎

I returned this product - it no longer made to the same standards as years ago. They no longer place the Velcro all the way down the length of the door - they only have 3 small pieces so if you do not pull it very tight, there are gaps - and because you do not have as much attached to the door frame, the lower one can come undone very easily with force....the previous version of this screen we had up for 3.5 years and it worked perfectly the only reason we were replacing was due to a few small holes that developed in the screen and the bottom of the screen had a bit of wear which caused a few of the magnets to fall out. I am now wishing I had kept the old and repaired it instead of throwing it out.....

I have used this type of screen for several years instead of a screen door from my deck. The pets can get in and out with having to open the scren door. This will be the 3rd screen I've used as they eventually wear out due to being in the weather But, they work great.

This is honestly one of the greatest buys I've ever purchased through Amazon! As with other reviews, my husband and I chuckled when we received it, figuring we'd "get what we paid for" (as in, cheap!). Well, lo and behold, this little screen was the perfect icing on the cake for my 6'x6' backyard greenhouse! I was looking for something that would keep flies, bees and other critters out of my g.h., and we took a chance on this item. As advertised, it only took 15-20 minutes to install/attach, and the beauty of it is that it easily opens, and then immediately snaps shut (via the magnets between the two sides). It is so AWESOME, and I encourage others to give this product a try, especially if you have a similar need as I did. I would buy it again in a heart beat.

These screens are perfect for the doorway that doesn't allow for a traditional screen door. I bought one for the back door, and liked it enough to buy a second one for the front door. At first, I used the tacks to hold the screen up, but they kept getting pulled out, so I finally attempted the very sticky velcro, and they are staying nicely. I love the magnetic edges that easily hold the two parts of the curtains (one curtain which splits in the center) together. Our dog can easily get through without anything bad happening. These curtains are successfully keeping the flies out of our house so we can leave our doors open. I would definitely recommend these as they were 1/40th the price of any screen door I would have had to purchase.

The magnets on this screen lost their strength after only a few months. It eventually stopped magnetizing at all even of you manually connected the flaps. Ive purchased other screens that are bathed in direct sunlight for much of the day and they have held up much better.

We’ve gotten only one fly in the house in the weeks we’ve had this up. And bonus! We aren’t yelling at the kids to “close the door to keep the flies out!”The dog has even figured out how to use this with ease. Highly recommend. Just use the provided tacks to use as a backup for the Velcro, especially if you live in hot climate where your face melts off because that Velcro isn’t going to stay adhered to anything.
