Really enjoyed this book. Very well aligned to Ecommerce with some really helpful tips and guides as to how to manage the finances and cash flow. Packed full of helpful information so if you are in Ecommerce, I cant recommend highly enough as any level of experience and knowledge will get something from this book

I haven’t even finished it but gotta give it five stars!It makes you reconsider how you manage your money both in your personal and business life.Helped me tremendously and I can only say thank you for the author.

Not point if you dont know your numbers

Brought this book so as to increase my understanding of e-commerce. It has helped but would like a more in depth explanations. Great Quality book and secure packaging. Not a light read as such but may suit some as a light read. Would recommend.

For those who want to manage their online business. This is a MUST

The basic principle in this book is Profit first.that is put some aside first, some for your self , the tax man then pay the bills. I run a traditional simple money in money out for my current business, and get paid after. A new concept to reverse this. Currently I run on a cash basis and have no debt, so my system works for me.I have a MacBook and even though it gives alternatives to what author uses...more learning and figuring out how to make the demo sheets work on another system is where I have come to a halt..need help and time.Im sure this will work for others who know what they are doing

This book is a very brief summary of the key principles relating to profits. I like the fact that it is concise and informative at the same time.

This is exactly what I have been looking for. We implemented the Profit First system after learning about it a year ago. However, as an Amazon seller with inventory management nightmares, it has been a challenge to get Profit First to fit right. This book has dispelled many concerns I ran into the first time, making it feel not so alone in the process and realize Profit First is a great method to the Amazon madness.Favorite chapter so far is Ch 3, Stop The Inventory Insanity. This is everything we discovered wrong with the Amazon business model but did not know what to do about it. Many coaches and mastermind groups encourage you to put things on credit and maximize inventory to grow, with little to no knowledge of your accounts (or worse a false view of your accounts). So instead of spending more on a mentor or shiny new software get this book instead. Yes, a little sweat will be involved but you worked hard to get this far already, you might as well do a little more to make a big difference and peace of mind... oh and more PROFIT.True, this may not be for dropshippers but I think there is already so much great info for that audience. Many accountant professionals steer clear from Amazon clients accounting since it is a beast. Cyndi tackles it head on, and her company Bookskeep is open for questions to help you in the process. Very nicely written book. Simplified for sellers who are dependent on ecomm websites like amazon. Cyndi and her team is also very cooperative and humble.
