Value is acceptable. I'm a size large but the first hat they sent was labeled a large but was more sized for an elephant. Reordered a medium. Good fit. Second time's a charm. Many people it seems experiencing different size issues. Some smaller than expected.

When you put this on, you will feel like a celebrity. If you don't like being the center of attention, don't get this. It's not really a typical cowboy hat, it's more of a gambler type hat. I found that the official name is the Stetson Black Hawk. It has great felt. Don't worry about looking for X's, the quality is there - hey, it's a Stetson. Whether you want to wear it for a night on the town or track down fugitives - this is your hat. You will look good in it. You will get noticed. No one will ask you where your horse is. Thugs will run because they will assume that you are packing heat. Yeah, this is that kinda hat.

It appears to be another quality Stetson hat. I must not have read it correctly because it is crushable. That is fine. I will definitely use it. It is a winter nap and today it is 76° when it becomes cold enough, I will then use it

I wear this hat everywhere I go. I’ve grown to like the fact that it’s wool instead of felt. Because it is wool it cannot be shaped very much.

I own one fur felt fedora from Stetson, and while I like it a lot, I find it a bit impractical. I wanted a hat that I could wear outdoors in all weather, and treat roughly without worrying about ruining it. The Hawk works perfectly. Pops back into shape when crushed or bent, although I wouldn't recommend squashing it into a bag for a long flight as it may not go back to it's original shape completely without steaming. The brim is wide enough to offer good sun protection but not oversized. Very water resistant, I wore it in the rain for a few hours, and my head stayed completely dry. The hat dried quickly, and didn't deform or bleed black dye onto my head. Very nice hat.

No me gusto el material, parecía más un gorro de fieltro, perdia la forma ya que no tenia dureza como un sombrero y venía aplastado y chueco. Sin calidad stetson.

Bought for my husband’s birthday, he loved it. Quality of hat is excellent . Band is secure and hat fits perfectly. Excellent product, no complaints. Looks very handsome and cool!
