These berries were perfect. Made for a great recipe!!

Recently made a Sauerbraten and it called for Juniper Berries. Not available in any local stores, so I was glad to find them on Amazon. Adds a very interesting and unique flavor. Very earthy, very German.

I grew up with Juniper shrubs and tons of berries, so it rankles a bit to pay so much for them, but I'm grateful to have an online source, and the berries are great. I use them in a variety of recipes, and also to make juniper syrup for zero cocktails (mocktails). Expensive, but otherwise hard to find, and they last a long time.

Just what I was looking for to make a juniper berry simple syrup. Good quality, fresh, and value!

I serve the Gin & Tonic a different way. Pouring my favorite Gin (Dunshanbo Irish Gunpowder Tea Gin) over lots of ice and drop in a large goblet, add in 4 or 5 of these juniper berries and serve it with a thick wedge of lime on the rim and a small side bottle of Tea Tree Tonic for the drinker to add to taste. The berries give it a nice taste kick, unique flavor and a different presentation. Love it!!
