Great. A splendid work of research

This book is the source code for all authors and scholars indeed. Arguably the best book to understand the western concept and devious construct of eastern civilization specially Indic culture at large.

Not a Content review : Papers are too grayish. Print is also average. Fonts are quite small. And packaging was poor that it bent the back cover page slightly. But still giving four stars as I haven't read the book but I heard it's good.

Really helpful. Try reading it twice for better understanding.

I have always received my items before the expected time given by Amazon. The quality of the products are always very good and meet our expectations.

It is one of the finest approaches to understand the limitations of western scholarship developed around analysing "the orient" .

In essence, Orientalism reveals that Western representations of the East are not innocent scholarship, but a form of cultural domination that has played a crucial role in sustaining imperial hierarchies. The book challenges us to see beyond these constructed images and to reconsider how power shapes what we know.

I will highly recommend this book to anyone interested in Oriental Studies

El libro llegó antes de lo esperado y en muy buen estado. Está bien pero al leerlo mucho rato seguido se hace pesado y hay partes que no se entiende nada, es muy específico y hay muchos nombres y detalles.
