Is there a better rating than EXCELLENT?
This is the third time I am writing this rating because for some unknown reason it has never posted and this was such a good company, lovely representative and great service I feel that I owe it to them. To the Company: Give Wendy a raise, she has earned it and I hope you realize what a wonderful employee she is. I have needed a new recliner for quite some time but I didn't want the usual Office-look bulky man-chair, and I wanted it to be "pink". I spent a lot of time looking and then found this. PERFECT! It looks like a traditional wing-backed chair, a fine piece of furniture, There was a small mishap with one of the chair wings during shipping and I contacted Wendy and told her of the damage, sent her a photo and immediately the problem was handled most efficiently. I had a new wing shipped as a replacement and am totally satisfied. Shipping was fast, assembly was easy and the chair looks soooo good in my room. This was one of the most pleasant transactions I've experienced and I highly recommend this company.

Mixed feelings
I was so excited to receive this chair, but unfortunately it arrived with a nick in the right side on the arm. The size of the chair is perfect but it’s not that long when the recliner piece is out and it doesn’t lock well so the recliner goes down a lot. I reallyyyy do love this chair it’s beautiful and really brightens the room but I’m really upset about the slit in the arm upon arrival it’s super noticeable :/

Great chair for the money
This is a great chair. I bought as an accent piece for my bedroom. It’s pretty comfortable, and the low height makes it easy to melt into.It was very easy to assemble, the pieces just slide into each other. A screwdriver to attach the back legs. The feet hold together very well. The chair pads did not hold up well, after a few moves around the carpet they came off.

Bought 2 one good and one bad
Bought 2 chairs. One came with a hole poked in 1 wing section. Same chair back legs will not stay tight. Sat on the front edge of the same chair maybe 3 times to work a computer on a TV table and the front of the chair came out of a slot it moves in and collapsed. after 4 months I don't still have boxes so decided returning was not an option so we tried to repair it with screws and lock washers. It still collapsed after sitting on it twice. It's the first chair I have ever seen that isn't designed to just sit on the front edge without coming apart. Yes it was in the upright position and no I don't weigh over 200 lbs. Even though the 2nd chair that my friend uses is ok and he does weigh over 200lbs. But he never sits on the front edge either. Would I buy them again NO. Pretty but inconsistant quality and bad design. Gave an overall 3 rating since 1 of them is still ok.

The Perfect Chair (for a tiny person)
I love this chair! It was easy to assemble but enough trickery involved that it felt like I accomplished something when I finished. It is incredibly soft and comfortable I feel like a Victorian dandy which is exactly what I was going for. I will say the recliner aspect doesn’t really come into play because it’s kind of difficult to use without a lever. But I didn’t care for the foot rest anyway so it’s fine by me that it doesn’t work too well. Defiantly worth the purchase 10/10 would recommend

Love it
I love it. It doesn’t look like a bulky recliner.

Broke in a few months
This chair looks good and seems like good quality but the framework was not secured properly and the chair broke on one side. We nailed the piece of wood (made from compressed wood chips) back in place but after a week it broke again, and we are average weight so it was a normal amount of pressure on the chair. Very cheaply constructed and didn’t last a few months of daily use.
