I want to preface this rating by saying I am a Scotsman and I am used to having great socks so this might not be fair. I usually buy more than twice the price for the Scottish socks that I wear with my Kilt. That being said, the producers of these socks Bost that they are very durable, comfortable, and long-lasting. They are just what you are paying for. I have worn them once and they have lost color and shape. One is stretched out and is almost unwearable. I think if you want a very good to excellent sock. I would pass on these. If you want something that functions just fine, you should get them. I am a traditionalist and I will spend more in the future. I hope this helped you.

The fit of both kilt and shirt is perfect. Rely on the sizing chart rather than what Amazon recommends. I have changed sizes and have also ordered for others that are not my size so their recommendation is not accurate. The material feels good. Overall the outfit presents a great look without being Clan tartan specific. A great value for a generic Celtic look.
