I've purchased a couple of different brands of inulin from Amazon and this is probably the best value for money I can find. So would recommend it for that reason. I've found including inulin in my diet to be beneficial. Firstly, I don't eat enough in the day to get in the RDA of fiber, so this really helps beef up my intake. I haven't noticed any negative tummy or toilet symptoms and I have IBS! Typically I take 15mg a day, this spread throughout the day as 1 teaspoon in my coffee. It serves as a sweetener too, so it's been nice to be able to replace the artificial sweeteners I was using with inulin. If you are considering doing the same just be aware that inulin is by far a gentler sweetness. So if you're used to the very strong artificial sweetener taste, it might take a bit of getting used to. You can also just dissolve the amount of inulin you want in warm water and take it this way. It sounds weird but actually is a fairly soothing drink! Plus it tastes like candy floss!

Great product I have deficit fibers on my daily meals. This product is super. I like the natural taste and I feel my gut 100% at top level. Super i will.buy it again.

Difficult to really know with something like this how good it is. Inulin is a prebiotic which is supposed to support a healthy digestive system. I take in the assumption that it does me good but it is hard to tell how much of a difference it makes. On the plus side, it was good value for a large 1kg bag.

Completely tasteless when a teaspoon size is added to coffee. It’s early days yet but I think it is making a difference to my gut health for the better. It’s a huge bag so will last a long time at one spoonful a day and it’s good value for money.

Works well, powder very fine but does clump up and difficult to dissolve. Taste great though. Not noticed any sleep improvement. I take mine in some water before bed.

I buy this for the soluble fiber since I can't be bothered to make porridge every morning to get it that way. A spoonful or so and my good gut bacteria are sure to be fed. I also find it reduces flatulence and bloat nicely. I reorder whenever I run out and that's been going on for a few years now. Can definitely recommend. :)
