This beautyblender is a great tool for applying BB cream. The sponge absorbs water well, although it is relatively small in size. Bit pricey for how small it is.

THE BEST BB EVER

I found it very soft and used it to apply a tinted moisturiser first just to get an idea on how to use it. Make sure you wet the sponge before use. I wash it with mild liquid soap or shampoo weekly. It does use more of the product than when I am using my fingers but the result is a lot smoother with no streaks. I haven't used it for a thicker foundation yet however a friend of mine has used it and the effect was a smooth foundation on her face. She was very happy.

Good blender but expensive for a single

Don’t get it. Expected it to look/feel like the og beauty blender and I ended up using it for my soft pastel painting instead of using it on my face.

I always use my Beauty Blender to blend out my foundation and concealer. I find it works really well on my dry skin and does not leave streaks like some brushes do. The trick is to wet the sponge prior to using it so it doesn't soak up all your makeup. This sponge has the perfect amount of density: not too firm but not too flimsy. As long as you remember to clean it regularly, it should last you several months.
