Revlon Permanent Hair Color, Permanent Hair Dye, Total Color with 100% Gray Coverage, Clean & Vegan, 60 Light Natural Brown, 3.5 Oz

I never use a permanent hair color as ammonia seems to lighten my hair as product fades. My hair is light/medium brown and beginning to gray. (I use #60)I have used other similar products but they have washed out way too soon and did not do a good job at covering the gray. So glad that this product has been developed as there are not harming ingredients and it works great! It does darken my hair a little too much, but after first/second washing the color is perfect and shiny with a lot of body.

I usually mix my own hairdye at home but ran out and thought I'd give this a try. The color is good. Nothing fancy. But what really impressed me is how well it covered my greys and then how long the color lasted. Even with all the right preparation and all the special treatment between coloring, my greys were showing within two weeks and I had to touch them up. (That's why I started coloring my hair at home to begin with. Hundreds of dollars and hours of time spent at a salon just to look shabby in 2 weeks.) It's been iver 4 weeks. The color has endured. It's time for a touch up because of the hair that's grown out but not because the hairdye faded.

Wish it lasted longer 21/2 to 3 weeks I have to do the roots again ..but I like the color

I have thick mildly curly hair that’s about mid-back so I ordered 2 boxes of light natural brown (60) to color my hair. When I try to stretch it and use only one box, my hair turns out patchy or grays don’t fully get covered. The color itself is thicker than others I’ve used in the past so it feels very nourishing. It went on pretty easy but since my hair is so long, I combed it through to make sure it saturated everything. It doesn’t have the strong toxic odor like the older versions of hair color do- it’s a soft floral smell. I let it sit for the extra five minutes that were recommended for grays because I’ve got a bunch of coarse silver strands and after washing the color out I can’t find any grays. Also, it’s been several months since I colored my hair because I was pregnant and it just seemed like too big of a job. My previous color and my roots which were quite different were covered evenly with this product and I can’t see any difference in the color where the roots and previous color were. I’ve had this happen with other brands where the color took differently on virgin and colored hair. The conditioner that the box comes with is also thick and nourishing with a light scent. It’s not the best smell but it should be tolerable for people that have issues with fragrance to use sporadically after coloring. Overall, I would buy this brand again to recolor in a few months. The cost and predictable outcome make it an easy choice.

I’ve tried others but this brand and color is the best for my sensitive skin. I don’t get irritated when using it. The price is great too

Best hair dye! I’ve tried so many and have had my hair professionally done. However, I really enjoyed this hair dye. I like that it covered my greys 100 percent and that it is vegan.

I am a hairstylist and this color didn't work at all, no color, no gray coverage, no nothing! I left it on 30 minutes and it did absolutely nothing and the worst part is I got 2 boxes. I wanted to exchange it for another box, thought it might be a damaged product but no exchange our return's on this product. Terrible just lost $15.20. I'm unemployed right now, so every penny counts.

I used the 6 .0 Natural light brown well it turned my hair black I already have a brown hair so thought it would match and be a neutral color I love that there is no odor at all and seems easy 2 use my hair is pretty thick so only used 2 boxes could have used 3 but I feel once it washes out some then it will e a nicer brown and I will try it again only on my roots next I really wish Revlon would get the colors correct I understand it works different on everyone's hair but its not light natural brown more like light black
