Smells like an aveda hair salon - so good. I have a lot of hair and super thick hair. It definitely is good for my type of hair. It made it smoother and more manageable. I love that I can recycle the container. I am not a fan of the price tag but Id rather support a company that makes a good product and doesn't add to the endless amount of plastic containers on our Earth. I also like how easy they make it - just have to send old container off and get a new container in the mail. Granted it does add to carbon footprint but so far this is a great alternative to bar soap style conditioner which my hair really is too much for that. I have not needed to replace yet so when I do, I will update review.

I have thick, curly, dry hair and it can be difficult to find a good product. I wanted something that was in environmentally friendly packaging, natural ingredients and worked well. This product provides all of that. The smell is wonderful and it makes my hair feel soft, shiny and helps my curls too! Love this conditioner!

A great way to cut out single use plastics and I absolutely love this conditioner. I use their shampoo as well. My hair seems to stay cleaner longer than other products I have used. It doesn’t weigh down my hair. More companies need to adopt this concept - quality products in refillable containers!

A friend told me about this product and gave me one. Once I was close to the end I decided to find it on Amazon and purchase it. I especially like their philosophy to reduce plastic but was bummed to see no return label.

I've only used this once so far but I love it! My hair was desperate for some conditioner because I haven't bought any in a long time, because it's impossible to find zero waste options. I had been using a bar shampoo and an apple cider vinegar rinse. The last time I went to the hairdresser, my stylist mentioned I really needed conditioner. Was so excited to receive this after a super fast ship! I had a question about the pump and the CEO emailed me to help - wow! Such great support. The conditioner itself smells so nice and minty and it's light and doesn't leave any residue behind. I wash my hair twice a week and this will be perfect.

I really wanted to love this conditioner because of the reusable bottle and no plastic however for the price it is not that great. I should have looked more closely at the ounces because for $30, it is quite a small bottle of product. It also does not leave my hair very smooth so I find myself using more to compensate, which means I will have to replace it sooner. I’m happy I tried it but I will not be a repeat customer, mostly due to the cost versus quantity even though it is a reusable bottle. I’d rather use a conditioner bar with zero packaging and have the same “rough” hair as this conditioner leaves me with.

I was told to use only a quarter size amount each time I condition my hair. I never believed it would be enough, but it is! Really shocked that such a small amount works so well. I have fine hair, but a lot of it, about 4 inches past my shoulders. This product lasts me about six months and you can send the bottle back free to be recycled.

I use the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. All are excellent! Great product to condition hair and encourage growth. Good for me, good for the environment! Lasts a long time as well.

Great product! It just takes a little bit to untangle my very curly hair. Also I love that I can return the bottle for refilling once I run out.
