Best micro condensate pump I've seen
The media could not be loaded. Easily the best micro pump I’ve encountered – and I’ve encountered more than I’d like. I’m replacing old stock micro pumps in all 8 of my mini-split cooled units I have here in Tucson given they are constantly clogging up, leaking and are terribly loud – most of my tenants complained it kept them up at night. This unit is plenty powerful and super quiet and it’s easy to setup and troubleshoot. Check out the video for probably more details than you want – sorry about the “wind” noise for a bit in the middle there – should have turned the unit off while shooting.pros:Quiet. I mean it. Watch the video. Gloriously whisper quiet. Really.Powerful – the variable speed pump can push water a long way.Reservoir is clear and doesn’t use floats. Easy to see what’s going on and coupled with the nifty LED lights telling you what’s going on, it’s downright simple to use.cons:A bit spendy – but I guess you get what you pay for.A bit bulky – these are larger (both the pump and the reservoir) than your standard sets – I’d be surprised if you could tuck these bad boys up under the cover of any mini split I’ve seen very easily. They go behind walls, in attics or on little shelves like I used.Lots of wire – given it’s designed to be able to install the pump above the reservoir quite a bit (i.e. in the attic) I suppose that’s unavoidable but I used more than a few zip ties bundling and tucking the wire up out of the way. Not a deal breaker, just a little bit of a hassleGiven I’ve installed 4 of these and have ordered 4 more, you can guess what I think of the trade off between pros and cons here. I’ll follow up on this review after they’ve been installed a while – my first one has been in about 5 weeks now with zero issues so far.

Worked great at first, then stopped working after 3 months...
As the title says, I bought this pump 3 months ago for my ductless system. It worked great, quiet and efficient, until last week when the pump stopped drawing power and died completely.

NO WARRANTY COVERAGE BY MFG FROM AMAZON!
Loved it at first. Then it almost caught on fire.Pump ran great until I came home one day to hear it running non stop. Almost didn't know what the sound was.I unpulged the sensor (after tearing open the unit of course) and the tank was clean. Only had been installed 3 months. Left unplugged as didn't need AC anymore that season.Went around doing system startup this season and figured I would troubleshoot.Plugged tank unit into the pump and it was pulsing like it was in blockage mode. I kept feeding water into the tank with the lid off to see if it would eventually stop running. after about 40 oz of water, it just started running constantly so I was hoping that it was over whatever mood it was in. Then it just kept running non-stop. I went to get more water and when I came back there was a burning smoke smell coming from the unit. I ran downstairs to kill the breaker and man this thing really burned up good. And the sensors are clean as can be and were not even in the tank.Diversatech covers for 2 years BUT WILL NOT HONOR FOR AMAZON SELLERS SO KEEP THAT IN MIND WHEN BUYING ON AMAZON.I have reached out to the seller in hopes they will honor the warranty.

Whisper Quiet
Item works great. Super quiet.Very easy to swap out with an older model. Manufacturer's website says there is a 2 year warranty on all parts. Not sure how to redeem it, but hopefully I don't have to use it.

Specs are Off for GPH Rating
First off, I'm not using this for it's intended purpose. It's not working well for me, but that's not the reason for my 3 star review. I wanted to try using this as a drainage pump for my hydroponic system which I can set anywhere from 2 GPH up to 30 GPH. Specs for this pump say that it can handle 8 GPH so I set my system to deliver 6 GPH and the little guy can't keep up. That's why I'm giving it 3 stars. As a side comment for anyone else considering a similar application, I put the tank at the lowest level of my flood table, but kept it inside the pan which means the entire tank sits in the water and I can watch it rise. Besides not being able to keep up with the measly 6 GPH I'm feeding it, I discovered that the pooling water gets electrified when in contact with the tank probes. I really liked the idea of a float-free switch mechanism but I don't want to electrocute myself or my plants.

Broke inside of 7 months
I had this pump installed mid August last year. It stopped working today. I would not recommend this unit.
