Wow! It's crazy that everyone has the same review. It's like they keep trying to sell the same console to everyone. This was a gift to my husband and it was so disappointing that this is all he wanted and it literally kept shutting off and wouldn't play any of his games. It was very difficult to get information on returning it. The back and forth between the seller and Amazon, was very annoying, when you have spent over $200 on a device that doesn't work. Then they were asking for pictures. What would a picture show? It looks like it did out of box and still doesn't work. The return process was absolutely ridiculous. 0 Stars

Bought for my son. He is enjoying it!

Did not play most of my games. In some cases, the PS2 automatically shut off multiple times. Model series SCPH-70012. Could not read the discs of the majority of my PS1 games as well.

Returning this, got it and won’t read a disc most likely due to a faulty laser. Seller should not be selling these as they are faulty between multiple reviews.

Finally got time to plug it in and play it 2 months later. It was a Christmas gift. Played Tony hawk for all of 20 minutes and then we changed discs. It no longer worked and wouldnt read any discs. Physically bought and stopped working after 20 minutes. This is an adult household. No kids, wasnt dropped, wasnt damaged in any way. Just doesnt work after 20 minutes. Waiting on an exchange or refund
