Building Spelling Skills, Grade 2

We homeschool and use this as a daily math practice bonus! It’s half a page- mixed with word problems and equations. My son is 7 and he enjoys doing it. It helps keep his math sharp and is a bonus sheet we do on top of our curriculum.

We use these for homeschool. It’s a great supplement to our math program which is mastery based. This adds just a few minutes of spiral math review to keep skills sharp. Great for independent work too.

This is great to get my son ready for second grade. We do a few pages everyday.

This is an awesome workbook. It reviews lots of topics regularly, so you practice a bit every day. It does get harder as the book goes on. I loved how it covered everything.

It improved my kid

This book is fantastic! I use it as a morning review for my students. It is a nice between easiness and challenging problems for my students. I like they have to think through some of the problems, but that are not frustrating to them. It follows along with what we are learning, but also throws in questions from what they have previously learned and what they are going to be learning.

My daughter loves math and does really well with these books.

I think this is an excellent tool to utilize during the summer break to keep your child sharp on their skills they have already learned. That in turn makes for a good transition to 3rd grade math. Totally reccomend!

This is great for homework review. I am getting the whole series for my son.

i use this book with my 7 year olds and i have to say it is easy, love the pictures and stories. It will give them daily practice. you will find this book helpful with the basic skills.
