This product is truly worth the price. I am 63 andfor once a calcium supplement does not affect me with aching joints,and even being large they go down smoothly.The ingredients are perfectly formulated as I have done some research on this.I highly recommend this supplement as it has all the things us vegan's ( or not vegans ) appreciate and need.

Good product

One drawback I didn’t see in the feedback for this product — these pills are HUGE! Breaking them in half doesn’t solve the problem of swallowing them (at least for me) because they break leaving a big sharp edge that still hurts going down. My solution is to pound them into a powder and mix with liquid before swallowing, not ideal but it works. Probably won’t keep me from buying them again, but a heads -up would have been good to know.

Like that the product is a plant-based calcium. I find that 2 tablets works perfectly as I take other vitamins that contain calcium. I cut the large tablets so they go down better. Great value for my money. Easy to use.
