Such a great book. Super easy read, synthesizes data.

I'm an avid business reader given my travels. I received a free copy of this from a colleague who bought it and suggest I give it to a new leader in my team. I'm glad I didn't buy it nor regift it, because it brings nothing new to the conversation. I did google the author and found a blog that rambled a lot like this book did, but I admire anyone who attempts to write a book, so it gets 1 star.
