UPDATE!!!!!I was very surprised today to see that we had received a new Bubzi Co Sleep Aid Night Light Owl! So far it has passed the test and is functioning properly! I originally ordered this because we needed a cordless sleep aid with lights that was also safe for our son to have without constant supervision. He loves the soft plush owl, enjoys the music, and really loves the star lights. He was carrying it around and started playing the music when he was ready to take his nap. This is his new favorite thing and he carries it around with such care and a newer ending hug. The strap is also great because I can attach it to his crib in a way that is also safe and he can still have access to it if he wants to change the music or the lights. This product is safe, as helpful sleep aid, and soft and cute. I highly suggest purchasing this product for your new baby or little one! I am not sure who replaced the product for us, if it was Amazon or Bubzi Co., but I want to say THANK YOU! Not only was it a wonderful surprise, but you have made a 2 year old boy the happiest kid in the world and given this tired mama a little break. We are very happy with the product and extremely grateful for your kindness in replacing the product for us. I cannot thank you enough, and I will be recommending this product to all of my friends and family with new babies and little ones.I love this product, and my 2 year old son loves it. . . however, it has only lasted less than 24 hours with proper function. The power button no longer turns it off, instead it changes the song that is playing. So, now I cannot turn it off and the button to turn of the lights does not work now either. If you're going to purchase, get the protection plan. I assumed it would have been a quality enough product that I would not need the protection plan so I did not purchase it. I'm really bummed, because I really did love it, and my son really loves it, but now it's not working properly. If the buttons were still working as they should, I would have definitely rated 5 stars. Hopefully my purchase was just a fluke and the same will not happen to others because it's a really cool product. This item provided more happiness and excitement for my son than most of the toys we have given him.

This product has made such a difference in our night time routine for our two month old. Before purchasing, baby cried and fought bedtime every night for about 30-45 min. Now, after feeding, we turn on the music and lights while changing clothes/diaper. This signals bedtime in a much more pleasant way and we have not had a single night of endless crying since. Baby is fast asleep within 5 minutes, usually sooner. Sometimes we even hear him cooing at the lights before he falls asleep. It probably helps that our little one is very interested in ceiling fans, mobiles, etc, and loves watching the projection on the ceiling. This may not be the case for every baby.I also love that this is portable as we have taken it out of town without issue. Battery life is also decent. After about two months I noticed that the lights were somewhat dim and that the batteries needed replacement. This was after turning the lights on several times throughout each night to soothe fussiness, for feedings, or for a diaper change (or just a quick check in). The light acts as a nightlight of sorts for us so a separate brighter light is not needed during feedings or diaper changes. Given our use, I’m impressed. Honestly, this item would be worth it if batteries needed replacement once a week. It is also nice that the lights and music can be turned on independently of each other depending on what fits your needs. The music is very soothing, not annoying at all. We don’t use the heartbeat or white noise sounds as baby prefers the music, but they are nice as well.A suggestion would be a longer run time as 30 minutes does seem a bit short. I can also see that a separate button for the white noise/heartbeat might be preferable as you have to toggle through all the songs to get to them, but this was not an issue for us. We appreciate that there are fewer buttons and we can easily feel for the ones we want to turn on in the dark. I really can’t complain, just wish we found this sooner.

This product is great for small kids and perfect to take along in the care or to daycare! My son loves his sound machine and this works well instead of it for travel. It has a cry sensor which is nice so it automatically turns on to soothe. We love our bubzi!
