The Voice Playback Module MP3 has been a lifesaver! It works flawlessly and was exactly what I needed to solve a tricky situation. The audio quality is clear, and it’s simple to use, making it a reliable and handy addition to any project. Couldn’t be happier with its performance!

It needs some research to find the operating instructions – I found it in Google eventually as DY-SV8F.It plays .mp3 and .wav files, which should be named “00001.mp3” etc. In it’s simplest mode, it can play up to 8 files, according to which of the 8 input pins is momentarily grounded.Astonishing sound quality, I thought, from the minijack output; it has about ¼ sec delay after grounding a pin to play a sound. I used it as a back-up to play sound effects for the local panto.

Iv ordered so many of these.. they seem to die randomly with 5v supply from the arduino.. iv had to remove the 5v wire to save the arduinos regulator! On closer inspection the on board amp is killing itself as its extremely hot!Iv posted this here because amazon make it very hard to contact the supplier.So avoid this product if you dont want your house up in smoke!!!!
