Sterno Products 24-Piece Disposable Party Set (Тwо Расk)

I'll preface this review by stating that I haven't contacted Amazon yet so I'll add to my review after I speak with them.I purchased this serving set for a birthday party that would have approximately 30 people. The box came in normal Amazon packaging and was undamaged. The Sterno box was also undamaged and sealed with tape. When I opened the box and hour before our guests were to arrive to set up for the catering, I noticed there was only one of the full size water pans in the contents. It came with all other items, but was missing TWO of the water pans which meant that I only had one functioning complete warmer.I had to rush out to the nearest store that would carry stuff like this which is 15 minutes from my house and pay $10 for a 5 pack of these trays that I needed. I arrived back at home and was stuck setting all of this stuff up while my guests were arriving instead of being able to greet my guests.If you intend to purchase this kit, beware that you may be missing key items.

Exactly as described. I used this set for a major training event back in April. Great quality for a toss away product, I was able to retain the frames and utensils for the next event. And the stereos lasted for a full 8hrs keeping the food piping hot.

I was very pleased with the set. More sturdy than I thought it would be. But we were ready for our party to start and discovered one of the full size bottom water pans had a hole where the aluminum had creased, despite very good packaging, so wouldn't hold water. We ended up putting foil pans directly over the sterno flames in that one rack because we had no backup water pan. Some chicken burned and stuck to the pan because I wasn't watching it closely enough. I suggest purchasers do a test run before your event to make sure every thing works and holds water! I'll be ready next time with reserve pans.

All 3 tray holders/wire racks were bent and one was completely broken. Since they were bent the water in the pan would sit on one side. Attempted to rig and use because they arrived less than 24 hours prior to our party. Did not work properly at all, ended up not able to use them and had to move all of the food to the oven to avoid burning half the pans/food.... such a WASTE! Not happy at all, especially since these are so expensive.

I bought this set for my stepson's graduation party. It was so nice being able to get the food ready before everyone arrived and have it stay hot (really hot!) for the entire party. The serving utensils aren't super durable, but they worked well enough. I threw away the food pans, but kept the frames for future parties, since the food pans are widely available.

Great set. Really kept our food very warm for about 4 hours. Never had a problem with any leaks as others here have stated. Probably put in just a bit of water to test first, but as I said, I had no issues. Utensils were durable and perfect serving size. Performed wonderfully.

These worked out great. Every thing I needed was in the box. Setup was easy and help me manage all of the dishes.I will definitely consider ordering these again.

The wire racks and utensil's weren't bad, I'd give those a 3-1/2. The pans were super flimsy. I had to buy more because I had to double up on them as they were so weak even 2 combined wouldn't hold the potato salad or beans. The sterno wouldn't light as it was all dried out. Sad to say, I was very disappointed in this product. Giving it 2 * because the racks and utensil's or it would get only 1 *.
