Delivery was a week late and then I received a phone call asking whether I'd like to swap to the full back cushion version, rather than the scatter cushion one. I was quite happy to do this, as I hadn't realised it was available in this design, and prefer this type anyway . Still only waited 2 weeks altogether for delivery. Phone call the day before to confirm delivery time, and they were bang on time. Upto now....(only arrived yesterday), I'm over the moon with it. Stylish, solid, comfy sofas and footstool. My cats are totally thrilled with (what they think is theirs) new furniture. They come with 4 tiny cushions, (see pics), which are quit cute, but this is fine, as I like to choose my own. One of the studs on the arm is lose, but I'll keep an eye on it and if it comes out, I'll contact seller.. other than that, it's great! Brilliant price too! EDIT 2 months later......had to get company to send someone out to fix the loose stud, and another one is loose now. Going to try and fix this myself.

First time i have bought furniture on Amazon and i was very nervous to because it seems a bit difficult to find quality for price in sofas wherever you look now. This sofa is the best i have ever bought! Beautiful light grey which is just perfect because i didn't want any grey too dark. The cushions are well stuffed and firm yet so comfy! My family love it and it comes with the most adorable little cushions to go with it along with the main big ones. Looks stylist yet very warm and classy and perfect for the family living room. The arms are wide which gives plenty room to kick back and relax your arms on or put ur phone or book on. Great delivery service too, professional and friendly!

I adore my new sofa! ♡ From order to delivery was just 3 weeks (over Xmas and New Year). I was contacted by Honeypot and delivery was arranged, very pleasant to speak with. I removed old sofa the evening beforehand, and rang them on the morning of delivery to double check as I'd had no confirmation of delivery due via text or call. The guy I spoke with was nice, confirmed delivery was out. Would have been nice to have an estimated time as I was last on the list (6pm) but thats the only downfall. The two delivery guys were friendly, they put the sofa together for me, in record time. Very helpful & nice. Its a nice firm sofa, the material is lovely, as are the all the cushions. I've had it nearly 2 weeks now and have no faults whatsoever. Its sturdy, solid, pleasing on the eye. Looks very expensive! Absolute amazing value for money!

Our old corner sofa had seen better days so after browsing online we decided this sofa would fit beautifully into our living room, at such a great price we thought it was worth ordering to see the quality and comfort. The evening of purchase we were contacted by telephone to arrange a delivery date which was perfect for us. The evening before delivery we were contacted again to let us know a delivery time first thing in the morning, it arrived promptly, friendly courteous delivery drivers, great service. The sofa itself is lovely especially for the price, it is quite firm as I had read in previous reviews personally I'm happy with the comfort and it looks lovely in our room. Couldn't ask for a better service ...

I moved out of my parents house/university accommodation to move in with my long term partner Feb 2020. We decided on this sofa because the reviews were quite good and also because my partner is 6 ft 6! So I wanted something he could fully lie down on without being scrunched up like he is on everything else. It's an excellent size, and for the price and I'm generally really happy with it. The fabric isn't super soft but it's still okay to lie on without it feeling awful against the skin. The photos without any rug or table are from the day it arrived so you can see a bit of a difference. Since then, we have sat on the sofa A LOT, mostly because of lockdown. I imagine this is a big reason why we've noticed changes. Photos with the coffee table and rug are from around August 2020 so although you can't see much of a difference, we had been spending a lot of time on it. For a long time the cushions were great but as we've sat on it more and more, I have noticed that the cushions are stuffed with a poor quality stuffing and have become more and more difficult to plump up and look like new again (they're looking a lot more lumpy now which is a shame). They are also not finished very well and I don't know that I would risk putting the covers in a washing machine. The main seats of the sofa are stitched to the base so you cannot remove them which is a bit of shame since its hard to clean in between the cushions, however it does stop them from moving around which is a real pet peeve! Haha! Also, if we sit for a long time in one spot, there is normally a very noticeable dent left in the seat (the worst one being on the actual corner). They used to spring back quite quickly, and mostly they do still spring back within 24h max but it is becoming more noticeable and easier for dents to appear, even if we're not sitting for long periods of time. Lastly, there is a small rip on the back of the corner piece cushion that isn't visible but you can feel it if you put your hand between the cushion and the sofa back. Now this could be a result of a poorer quality material/stitching or it could be a result of us sitting on the corner section more than any other so I'm not holding it too much against the sofa itself. Other than that, this sofa is actually a really good sofa if you're looking for something big but on the cheaper side. It comes apart in 3 sections and is really easy to assemble. We can comfortably fit 4 people with loads of room and can definitely lie down comfortably on either side which is really nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone that's maybe moving out of their family home for the first time, or who wants a stylish looking sofa that isn't going to cost the earth!

Before i purchased these sofa's, I would constantly read the reviews looking for 1 poor review to see if the review would change my mind in wanting to purchase this sofa. As you can see, nearly all of the reviews are excellent and that is because this sofa really is value for money. I purchased a 2C2 + 3 Seater Sofa which arrived on Wednesday 22nd July 2020. The delivery men were very pleasant. They brought both sofas into my living room with no bother, assembled them together in minutes and left. I truly couldn't be more happier with the sofa's, the cost, the delivery. I would 100 % recommend this sofa to anyone looking for a sofa that looks like it costs a lot more than what it really did. Value for money i would say. The seats are a little firm, but i am more than happy with that as i think seats should be firm to start of with The colour grey on the sofa is lighter that what my pictures and other pictures show. Not too light, just right You also have to dispose of the cardboard and plastic coverings yourself which the delivery men kindly left outside on my drive. I'm not complaining. I've had this sofa 2 years and it's still as new- in a family of 5, including 2 teens and a toddler, 3 dogs, and a cat. Super easy to clean (I just use a damp sponge). No sunken seats, no tears, and objects don't get lost in it. Would definitely buy again.

I have not long received my new sofa after only ordering it just last Friday (1 week ago.) The workmen that came are a real credit to their company; Polite, extremely helpful, accommodating & quick - Long story but I was unable to have my old sofa out in time and these guys not only took it out but they placed it at the side of the house ready for it to be collected and even offered to sweep up the debris & fluff left behind from under it. I offered them a tip for doing so but they refused. The sofa itself cannot be faulted, it is everything the great reviews say it is - firm yet comfortable and aesthetically pleasing, true to the pictures and description. I have mobility issues and my old, overly soft sofa was a little too low to the ground making it increasingly difficult for me to get up from so I took a real gamble buying a new one online. A gamble that paid off because this sofa's height is perfect and I don't struggle to get up from it. You get a 1 year guarantee with this sofa and they deal with it for you upon delivery by asking you to sign a form. In my humble opinion, this feels like it will last way beyond that. If you have any worries at all by ordering this sofa online, please take it from me, you needn't be. I am delighted with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again.
