I have had few different kinds and at first I thought they were alright but over time they fell out of my ear or stopped taking a charge.....it was making me(and my kids) crazy!!! I got these because they looked strong enough to take everyday wear and I've learned that the behind my ear is easy to use even with my glasses.I've had them long enough now that I can honestly say they are the best I've owned! Are they perfect? No! When I read people's complain that they are noticeable or its bothersome it makes me laugh! If you are looking for easy, cheap, beautiful answers to your hearing loss I've got news for you!!! People don't care how it looks if you can hear them!!!! It's WAY more bothersome for them to judge if something is important enough to deal with what it's going to take to tell you!!These work soooo well that even my kids noticed and asked what I was doing differently..... My grandkids love that I can understand the words more clearly. I'm very pleased with them.

They work well but the battery does not last long at all, and the charger only works on one side so you have to charge each piece separately. And they fit odd in your ears but I guess you get what you pay for

I just had hearing tested and my right ear hearing was bad, but enough for the Dr. to want me to buy the high priced hearing aids. So He suggested an Amplifier!!! I decided to look on Amazon and I found these! Got them in and They was charged. I Love the fact that They do not use batteries and You can charge in wall outlet or plug in to computer USB. Also the VOLUME IS ADJUSTABLE!!! I ONLY HAVE IT SET ON ABOUT 1 ( IT GOES TO 5). WHEN USING IT I DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE TV VOLUME UP LIKE BEFORE. MY HUSBAND NOW TELLS ME WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO TURN VOLUME UP SO HE CAN HEAR!

I purchased this for my 83 year old mother, who is quite hard of hearing. Tried it on myself before giving it to her. My experience was that while it definitely amplified sounds and retained clarity, it had a tendency to amplify background sounds as much as conversation, which could be distracting. For example, I walked across the floor wearing it and my footsteps sounded like sound effects from an old time radio show!However, my mother was very pleased with it once we found the correct size ear pieces and proper volume level to reduce whistling, and she can now carry on a conversation with greater ease (it still helps immensely to look directly at her when speaking, so it is not a miracle fix) and can listen to the TV without rattling the windows.

These are a good deal for the cost. Biggest challenge is the same with all amplifiers, all noses are louder, but I can hear co-workers when they are talking quietly and conversations in the next room and hallway. I use the USB plugged into my PC at work. I love the lights that tell you if they are done charging. I've learned to let them drain completely and they won't overcharge, which is great! I've also learned that because they work so well, I don't need to wear both, so one on and one in the charger! Until I can afford hearing aids these work very well.

DID THE TRICK! My (vain) almost 90 year old mother wanted no part of "hearing aids" but now asks right away in the morning if I can go get them for her off the charger. The only downfall (for me better than the cost of batteries) you need to charge them every night, but other then that they are simple to use. She does not need them any higher then #1 sometimes #2 for the volume control. MONEY WELL SPENT, should have got these years ago!!!

Very nice presentation and quick delivery, however I bought this for my father and now that finally was able to use it, one does not work, did not charge at all,, and the other one is just to loud to support the noises, so, my father was not able to used it and have to buy another set, why I did not send it back or open a claim? beocuse the Set is in Mexico and the shipping is almost the same price I paid for this.

Don't waste your time or money! One unit dead after 5 days, won't charge! Other unit needs 10-12 hours charge time to get 1.5 hours run time.Can't tell if it's the AC adapter, no trouble shooting help. The USB charge ports seem OK as the problem follows the Aid. Didn't dare plug into my PC's USB port.
