Good for it's use.

This would be a great resource for someone who already has some experience with cost estimating as the formulas are very good, but it is terrible at explaining the "how to". I used this book for an online course and if the course had not been relatively easy it would have been totally wasted on me. The way he tries to explain things is like he's speaking another language. The figures for the explanations are on completely different pages and you may have to flip 2-3 back to find what the author is talking about. Overall it is poorly laid out and very hard to follow.

Bought this with the expecting that it was new but there are visible signs of wear and that it is second hand. This was not listed in the description and it was not marked down for being used.

Out of date.Does not contain new construction methods such as steel framing.
